  卵乳製品不使用、小麦粉不使用、生の素材を使用し焼かずに冷やし固めて作るケーキです。そうする事でビタミンミネラル酵素を生きたまま摂取できる栄養素たっぷりのケーキです。季節のフルーツタルトやチーズタルト、チョコタルトなど各種550円〜。その日のケーキはInstagramや当店にてご確認ください。 Raw cakes are made using a bake-free process, and do not contain eggs, butter, or milk.
